I will be doing a snow melt install....btu load is 81,225 btu/h....sqft load is 95....water temp 115f....surface temp designed for 40f...6 5/8" loops 200ft each....my question is about the heat exchanger....can I use a basic braze plated heat exchanger....the type similar to the one used for condensate heating off a steam boiler? Thanks Paul s

    sure

and the manufacturers have online sizing guides, or contact the local rep for sizing help.

    Sure

Just make certain you size it right. If you look at the manufacturer's specs, you'll see that the btu rating is with a very high delta T and would usually apply to heating domestic. As the delta T between the loops narrows, the btu rating drops. Make sure you have all of your calculation data available when sizing.

Looking at the numbers you've provided, I'd say off of the cuff that you need at least a 20 or 30 plate 5x12. Over sizing won't hurt at all and will actually lower the head loss through the heat ex.
