Gas Wall Heater cycling

Before I get too concerned, I wanted to check with an expert. I have a Williams gas wall heater recently installed. It turns on, heats 3 minutes, then the blower comes on and runs 3 minutes. Shuts off and restarts in 9 minutes. This doesn't seem quite right to me, but I need info before I start complaining. Thanks much.
