Going with gravity
If you could modify everything to be gravity-fed, you would be much better off, than with a condensate tank, and master trap. Then there would be no mechanical components to require maintenance.
The only systems requiring condensate tanks/pumps would be those spread out over several separate buildings, served by 1 boiler.--NBC0 -
