need EDR of Radiator

Below is a picture of a radiator for which I would like to confirm the edr of. I came up with 3.2 sq/ft per section for a total of 48 sq/ft EDR. It is 23" tall 8" wide 3 Column 15 sections. Am I Correct in my calculation ?

    the table says and my calculator comes up with the same thing.
