Zone short cycles and t stat reads lower than setting

I have a Utica gas fired hot water boiler and one of my zones cycles very quickly and then shuts off. The t stat is set at 68 and it reads as 61 actual temperature in the room.

any thoughts as to what I can check to try and correct?

    Alittle more info

Do you have zone valves or circulators?

    Can you post a picture?

    Thermostat

Eliminate the thermostat by jumping it out, at the thermostat.Beyond that we need the info. There's a couple other possibilities.

    Pictures

I have Taco circulating pumps on each zone with Taco flo-chek valves. I have changed the caps on the flo cheks and that doesn't seem to fix it. Thanks

    Pictures attached.

    Zone Pump

Is the boiler firing up on a call from the t-stat? If so, is it shutting down on high limit? If so, it sounds like your zone pump is not operating or the zone is air bound.
