How often should I have my gas ultra serviced? had it put in 3 yrs ago. Also how important is the ph. level for the furnace.

    You're due....

    If its LP its a good practice to have it torn down and cleaned yearly... Natural gas you can get away w/ every year. Someone should do a look see at the boiler every year to assure that all is running well and that nothing is leaking.

    What Kcopp said.  You are over due.

    If the aluminum heat exchanger gets plugged it is a bugger to get it clean.
