I am installing a Ez gas conversion and can not get the flame sensor to prove a flame. The flame rod is not grounding on the end of the air tube and the gas preasure is correct. Is there a common problem I'm missing?

Flame sensor
Did you check micro amps?0 -
Manual
Grounding is one concern. Centered in the holes, and not closer to the edge than 1/16". Proper projection of the flame rod past the plate. Take it from a to z.0 -
Two other things to check
1- the burner chassis must be properly grounded, and
2- if the air setting is way off for the firing rate you are using, the burner may not light. All Steamed Up, Inc.
