Use of Baseboard without diverter

in THE MAIN WALL
I am doing major rehab of 60s era house that has a single baseboard loop around the entire lower level (slab). I am doing one room and would like to install 2 3ft radiator baseboards in place of the total perimeter to gain wall space. I can just continue the single loop, or can I use braches-- as you would with tees-- to gain some temperature control in the room. If I use parallel branch with a three way ball valve, would that work? Any thoughts?

    Based on the "heat loss" that you did for the room, what is required to heat it?

    Am using two high output baseboards at 6 feet (Multi/Pak 80), which was obtained by online calculator from SlantFin. The present loop includes 10 feet of finned baseboard.

    Good info in that discussion. I will try to find a reasonable 3way diverter valve for 3/4 pipe to include next to the radiator.
