installing a carlin G3B conversion burner with FTS-6 spill switch. Was wondering what best way to wire in spill switch is. Should I go from burner just after boiler service switch or is there a better way?

            Spill sw.
I would kill your 24vac feed to boiler. Most spill switches have open style spade terminals and can be dangerous. This way, any call for heat is terminated upon trip.

            Wire the spill
switch in series with the thermostat going to T T on the burner tray, that way even though the thermostat is calling the spill switch will keep the burner from firing if it opened.
It can also be wired into the 120 VAC wire feeding L1 on the tray but low voltage is easier to wire.0
