outdoor reset and hydro air

in THE MAIN WALL
with a hydro air system what is the lowest water temp. that people are running without blowing cold air on the homeowner ?

    Depending on the customer and air system design, typically 130 degrees. Some at 140 degrees.

    at 140 do you even need a condensing boiler ?

    What's the return temp if the supply is 140? How about the modulation component of the picture?
