Rheem oil fired scorched air furnace. Inconsistent blower operation .

Rheem oil fired scorched air highboy up-flow furnace. Approximately three years old.

Blower operation extremely inconsistent.

Unit utilizes Honeywell fan outboard logic control for blower timing operation . OEM Rheem # 47-102686-01

Replacement of fan controller proved useless. Timing changes to controller also proved useless.  

Not the normal customer complaint of blower running too long after cycle , but complaint of blower on too early as well as blower on too long after run cycle.

Have we seen any issues regarding this ? Possibly a revision level in circuit board ?
