Small bathroom rad stopped heating

I had great heat from this small bath rad, suddenly no heat.



Took off the brand new Hoffman 1A, dumped out a lot of condensate. I guess I should check the pitch to see if is tilted towards the rad valve. I checked inside the opening very clean, the tongue is set right.

Any ideas???

    cold rad

    if you fire the boiler without the vent in the rad, can you feel air, and get steam?. have a helper ready on the boiler switch for this!!--nbc
