Combustion Chamber Kit Installation

I'm looking to have a Combustion Chamber Kit replaced in my Weil SGO Gold boiler. I know the kit costs about $100 and was quoted $450 for parts and installation. Is this a reasonable price?
Is this a job that a generally handy, but not professional heating person, such as myself can do?

it's surprising
that you need a chamber in a Gold Series. They are a much better design, and the target wall is protected pretty well from brushes, etc. It is an easy chamber to replace. Just unplug the burner, shut off the tank, and disconnect the line, and swing the door open. Although we don't get into pricing here, it sounds a little high to me for maybe an hours worth of work, unless it will also get a clean/service same time. Even then, still a little steep by my pricing.0
