how to repair hoffman #8 steam trap

I went today looking for the kit to repair the steam traps in my home.  The whole store was stumped!  Nobody knew what that thing was that I brought with me.  Where can I find the repair kits for the Hoffman #8.  That is all I see on the cap of the trap.  Is there any place on the trap, other than the cap, that  I can find information about this trap.

    I haven't dealt with all three of them but the two I did  were very helpful.



    Sometimes getting the tops off the traps can be hard. I use an air impact wrench which works well. If you don't have a source for an air one I believe that some rental places now have electric impact wrenches.
