Aluminum Transfer Plates-Homemade??

in Radiant Heating
As i start the process of thinking through a radiant floor system that is installed under the subfloor I was wondering. Has anyone fabricated their own transfer plates? If so what did you use and how did you go about it?

    Homemade plates

    I saw a video on You Tube w/ a guy making his own plates w/a homemade press, it was pretty cool, try searching for it on You Tube

    sure

    but it's pretty hard to get a nice tubing groove. remember contact is important.
