Pressuretrol confusion

Options
Not sure what this "Pilot Safety Pressure Switch" is.  It looks like it would be the cut-out (adjusted way too high), but why does Honeywell call it a pilot safety switch?

    The "Pilot Pressuretrol"

is designed to shut down both pilot and main burner in the event of a runway condition. This is used on Powerpile self genrating systems in lieu of a redundant gas valve requirement which goes back to 1979. It Should be set for 14 lbs off and 9 lbs on (Set cut in to 9 and the differential to 5). It should be wired into the pilot generator wire from the pilot.
