unfortunately, i am in nebraska, and so only know the rest of the experts here from their writings. i don't know what might have been said about your system, but hopefully it was only as a result of miscommunication. by reading the postings, you could gauge the communication skills of the local professional before making the call.

if you find someone with great steam experience, and good communication skills, you are doubly fortunate, otherwise you may have to settle for just the skill part.--nbc
