humidity
Time after time when something goes wrong in the house call the HVAC contractor. I am looking for a reasonable resource for customers complaining about high humidity when they don't even have humidifiers. The builder tells them to call us for the answer and I would like to be able to give them an answer based upon facts. House too tight, make up air, etc.

Humidity
Are we talking about high humidity in the heating mode or in the cooling mode. High humidity in the cooling mode is a telltale sign of an oversized system.
