system 2000 fedder
well i finally had time today to put that standard ek-1( ihad asked about getting it into a 24" doorway last week) in the basement--started laying fittings and placement of things -- i got the high mass manifold -- thats all in --my question is about the water feeder -- i used the tee in the return for a temp gauge and i want the feeder to go in on the cross tee for the expansion tank --i have to pipe it to drop to the left side of the unit , i want to put the feeder tee'd on that pipe goin to the exp. tank --i noticed this goes to the same place where the unit has the high temp limit though -- i know it will work but would there be any warranty issues --if something happened?? ----we all know that the feeder should be at the point of no pressure change --but i see piping diagrams shwing the feeder going in tee'd with the domestic feed for the water tank - feeding into the return-( that connection is perfect for the return temp gauge )0 -
