water radiator into steam radiator

hi,
Im changing radiators, i just converted a water in steam. i noticed the opening where i attached the on/off valve is 1.5 inches, however my on/off valve is 1 1/4 inches. how can this be adjusted?

    Generally one would use a 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" reducer bushing.
    I'm assuming the "opening" is the "hole" at the bottom end of the radiator. Just don't do the reducing on the intake line as this could cause water hammer.
