size of circ pump and flat plate exchanger

in THE MAIN WALL
I want to heat 2 - 3/8x225'radiant loops in closed loops with an on demand water heater using a flat plate heat exchanger. What size exchanger do I need and what size pumps do I need (one on the tubing side and one on the water heater side?)

    The people at Flatplate are very helpful. I would contact them for specific numbers for their equipment. Their literature is also very good.
