I got it to open using my Power Point reader. Man, you sure can't make this stuff up. It would be hilarious if it was so sad.

I downloaded powerpoint like you said, but I can`t get it to open,,,,me and computers,,sheeesh.

I saved the file to my desktop - then I double-clicked on it and powerpoint reader opened it up.

these "file extensions" always screw me-up big time!

Dave... an almost simple solution
save it to your computer
rename the extension from .pps to .ppt and then try and open it0 -
my machine
was set to save it as "file type" (under the file name) as a " .cfm" file. in the file name call it home inspections.ppt (or whatever you want to call it). The important part is adding the " .ppt " at the end...your power point viewer should then be able to open it.
