Banging noise
I have a Weil McLaine steam boiler that makes a banging thumping type noise when the system is cold or warm when the system is making steam there is no noise, I flush the boiler out with just plain water every summer but I feel that there is maybe a sludge build up in the boiler and this is causing the noise when the system is cold.Is there a way to clean out the boiler or use a chemical to flush it out. any help or ideas
Thank You for your helpJohn0
