Sketch?

I have been requested to do a water source heat pump to supply heat to a radiant floor system. I am in need of a diagram to verify how to hook up the system using a buffer/storage tank.

Customer probably will also want a hydronic air handler to supply cold air for the summers down here.

Can anyone help?
