Is anyone aware of any HVAC technician sales training video/DVD that could be utilized to help train technicians in their communication/sales skills when trying to "sell in the cellar"? Thanks

  ....the ACT group. No online or cd training that I know of, but their "No Pressure Selling" course is excellent.
