    Heat gain calcs

Anyone know of a free heat gain calc program on line? I know the Wall has heat loss for heating, but need to figure out an A/C load for a small apartment.

    Free? No

but if you can e-mail me the particulars, I can run it for you on CHVAC or HAP if you like. All wall and glass areas by exposure to the nearest 16th (WSW, ESE etc. included), any internal lighting and power. Fixture counts are best.

    Let me know?

See you at the WMBU tomorrow?

I actually found a software program at the office. Just had to ask the sales guys. Brad, I think my computations will be close enough for government work. Thanks.

    go to

    www.heatload.com

Not a bad free online..register as a student the first time..looks like it is sponsored by Thermopride as that is the only furnace they list.

I have used it a couple times and compared it to my own long handed calcs, it is within spittin distance. a tad larger.
