can you mix cryotek-100 & cryotek-100/AL together in your system

    Is it an aluminum system?

    the Al was formulated to protect systems with aluminum components. If you have an aluminum boiler or components, better stick with strictly AL fluids.

    The AL glycol is a bit more money, no reason to use it if you don't have aluminum in the system.

    If it is steel, iron, copper I don't see why the two fluids couldn't mix. I'm not sure what ph you would end up with. Best to ask Hercules to be 100% sure.

    im heating w/ a power vented hwt which is steel,i am an hvac installer, one of our suppliers said it should be ok.just wanted another opinion,thanks
