Is it an aluminum system?
the Al was formulated to protect systems with aluminum components. If you have an aluminum boiler or components, better stick with strictly AL fluids.
The AL glycol is a bit more money, no reason to use it if you don't have aluminum in the system.
If it is steel, iron, copper I don't see why the two fluids couldn't mix. I'm not sure what ph you would end up with. Best to ask Hercules to be 100% sure.

im heating w/ a power vented hwt which is steel,i am an hvac installer, one of our suppliers said it should be ok.just wanted another opinion,thanks0
