panel rad on same zone as fin tube

if you add a TRV on there. If that closes the head pressure will jump and flow will be dramaticly decreased...kpc

Only if
you use scoop tee's. You can't just pump thru it.
couple of scoop tee's and you'll be fine.

I would also add
that ideally the panel radiator wants to be "last in line", served after the fin-tube. In other words, fin-tube all things being equal works better at higher water temperatures. The panel radiator has a higher radiant output which will at least be perceptible even at slightly lower water temperatures. Give the fin tube first crack at it.0 -

Is it the same as a monoflow? Never heard them called scoop tees.0
