Munchkin boiler help

in THE MAIN WALL
My Munchkin is giving me an F 14 error which means that the speed detected of the hall pulse is more than 130% of the desired fan speed for longer than 1 minute when the fan should be on.

This system is at my weekend house and it's a radiant heat system. The remedy is apparently to check the wiring b/c a loose connection can cause this.Hopefully that works...is anyone else familiar with this error message and have any advice?

Also...if there's anyone in Upstate New York (Catskills region) that knows of a technician that can service Munchkins let me know...

    getting in touch with the person who installed the boiler?
