Designing panel rads system

6 panel rads in a house to supplement a radiant floor in slab. I have to run the panel rad lines in slab also. I am using Buderus panel rads with TRV's and the connections are 2 inches apart. What do you use to hold the lines in place during the pour. I was thinking PVC elbows but if anyone has a better idea please share it with me. WW

I use those 3/4 pvc conduit bends ,they work like a charm and give a professional appearance.Just pound a piece of rebar beside them and tie strap the bend to the rebar.After the concrete has cured use a sawzall to cut the rebar flush with the concrete.0 -

Scrap pieces of PAP
is what I bend up for those. 1/2 pex easily fits inside 3/4" PAP. Make them with long arms on one end if needed. Cheap too!
If you are careful you can cut them near flush to the floor with a tubing cutter.

how about a Steel Mate pound a piece of rebar down
lash the two pieces of 1/2" though it put two pieces of 3/4" over the top; one red one blue ....call it good0 -
Don't know the lengths or temps involved for the panels, but need you consider some sort of insulation for the panel runs (particularly supply)? Have heard that temps above 150° or so aren't recommended for slabs and if the runs are long and the temps relatively high can't you expect some significant temp drop along the way?0
