Where abouts are you from,
Concept mfg here in winnipeg makes
an electric boiler with outdoor reset.

    hi a friend of mine is building a small home and told me his electric rate is 5.22 cents a kwh. instead of using electric baseboard heaters he wants to use panel rads.

    dose anyone know of a good electric boiler that has out door reset. also is electric baseboard heat more efficient then using a boiler?
