In the summer open the windows. In the winter close the windows. Spring and Fall open them accordingly. Sorry, too much coffee.

    I've heard from a couple of contractors, including my old friend Colin. I'll be making some calls next week after Thanksgiving. Call me crazy but I'd love to visit SD in the dead of winter. Maybe even Deadwood?
