In the summer open the windows. In the winter close the windows. Spring and Fall open them accordingly. Sorry, too much coffee.

    Best small business climate

South Dakota ranks number one in the "Small Business Survival Index for 2006" according to the The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council. I'd like to set up a discussion with contractors from South Dakota but you folks are hard to locate! If you are out there can you please contact me? I'd certainly appreciate your feedback -- and thanks.

    (That includes you Colin!)

    Big state, pretty flat

They should be easy to spot...

With that topography, you may even spot Steve Ebels or Dan H(imself).

    :)

    Thanks guys

I've heard from a couple of contractors, including my old friend Colin. I'll be making some calls next week after Thanksgiving. Call me crazy but I'd love to visit SD in the dead of winter. Maybe even Deadwood?
