how to bleed radiator

i'm trying to bleed a radiator but there is no key hole vent value on the upper side. This radiator has a bullet from the side with a screw top with number on it. Is this the bleed valve!!!

sounds like you have a steam system there is no bleeding required that bullet looking thing is an air vent it should vent air to allow steam into the radiator
