Shrunken system

from a job we did last Fall. I just got around to sorting my pics and thought I'd share them. Customer wanted to finish his basement which was dominated by the boiler and water heater. Did a heat load and found the old boiler was grossly over sized at 180,000 btuh. I put in a Munchkin T50 @ 50,000 btuh with vision control and a low boy Superstore model. As you can see the before pics and the after pics say it all. I must admit the first single digit temps we had this Winter I was nervous and worried about shrinking the capacity so much. No worrys. All worked great. WW

Nice work Wayne
Did you happen to get any birds eye shots of the room ? I know sometimes it's a crapshoot to get a good pic in a tight area .0 -
Thanks Ron
For some reason this job made me think of you and your posts. Not sure why. No these pics are the only ones. I'll try shooting from up high next time. WW

Great Install...
It looks like you were able to squeeze a whole lot of heating system into a tiny space, opening up a lot of room for the homeowner. I suspect that you just added $$$ to the value of the home because its usable space increased so much. It really is cool how much these appliances have shrunk, allowing them to be put in many places we never dreamed of in the past. Congrats!0
