buderus gb142 piping question

We are installing a GB 142 wall hung boiler in a house that we are doing the radiant on, the house has 140,000 btu's of heat loss, 12 zones, 2 temps. Temp # 1 (106 deg.) has a load of 58,000 btu's w/ a flow of 9 gpm. Temp # 2 (126 deg.)has a load of 73,000 btu's w/ a flow of 11 gpm. There is an inderect fired w.h. but no other heating loads on the system. My question is the piping diagram I downloaded off their application manual has two 3-way mixing valves connected to an outdoor reset. Would a taco radiant mixing block work instead of these TC-62 3-way valves. it would be less exspensive to pipe (labor and materials), but would it be as good? what do you guys think?.
My goal is constant circulation.
I will try to attach page 28 of thier application manual in the morning to show you what i'm talking about.
thanks

I was thinking the same think for a job today. I havnt priced it out yet, but by the time you price parts and labor, the RMB-1 may be a good choice.

RMB
I priced the TC-62 control w/ the 3 way valve and it was $597.00. The RMB was $606.00. The way I see it the RMB already has the circulator and everything else all ready put together, just just connect the 4 pipes, sensor wires, plug in, and program.0 -
The prices here in MA are different. Substantily. I know the RMB-1 is more money here. I forget what be TC pricing is though.

Piping a GB Boiler
Hopefully this will get you a better idea. Why not use the Pump Station and Mixing Station with a 2 port block. Just another idea that we have utilized out here.0 -
Drawing in JPEG
Sorry about that. Here it is again in JPEG format0 -
Please move the ball valve.....
You cant have a ball valve between the boiler and the LWCO. Please check your local codes. Nice pic.0 -
Thanks
For posting that picture, I just got off the phone w/ joe @ buderus and got some info on this set up. This looks like a time saving system.

What program did you use to create that drawing.
Thanks!0 -
Viso
I used the Visio program for this picture. I should have double checked the drawing for the ball valve. I just through it together for this post. Thanks for the noticing.
