Nice work Stacey!
How do you like your Pro Press. My partner is not convinced that its worth it...but he's "old school".
Kudos to you and your crews.

Very Nice
Awesome. You take pride in your work and it shows. As a builder/realtor I appreciate a neat and clean install. I wish there were more like you.0 -
NASA...
Looks like mission control! Great Job! In the first pic, the control with the little red light, is that to interlock a combustion air damper?? Glad to see you western folk raising the bar..Robert O'Connor/NJ0 -
Pro-Press
It saves alot of time on installs but where it really shines is in repair work.
We did have a problem with some bad 1" male adapters that would leak at the threads but the nice thing is you can still tighten the fitting after you press it you just re-press it after.
Thanks we try to make every install look its best.

Thanks John we are usually the high biders so we dont get every job but we include alot of things other heating contractors in our area leave out, like LWCO,manual reset high limits, 009 backflow preventers to name a few.

what is the boilermate next to the buderus
nice job on your install0 -
nice install
I see you had to strap in the Amtrol. Is that because it feels inadequate sitting next to such a fine boiler? (just kidding). Really nice job.0 -
Not taking in fresh air from outside?0 -
Combustion Air
Yes we are taking air from outside it is behind the boiler and exits the room about 18" above the floor. when they cored the hole through the concrete wall for the venting they only gave us a 4" hole so we could not use the concentric vent kit that is supplied with the boiler we had them core another hole low for the combustion air to avoid cross contamination.
Are you the Joe I talked to at Tech support yesterday?

Nice , very nice work
The Propress fittings make it look like a vintage system , something from turn of the century . Are the fittings readily available where you work ?
I also like the fastening system you use . Can you tell me the brand name of the clamps and where you find em ? I'd like to use them in my own home . Beautiful work Mr. Davis .0 -
Propress
Ron,
When we swiched to propress and bought the tool one of the conditions was our supplier would stock the fittings, the clamps are called Cush-a-clamps or another name is Hydrozorb clamps you should be able to get them from a plumbing supply or refigeration supply house.
Thanks for the kind words about our work.

Beautiful
The only thing I could suggest to totally polish the job is stickers for the switch boxes instead of markers. I used markers for years too , but I now get stickers and it just adds a nice touch.
But that is so minor. Beautiful layout0 -
Buderus install
Good looking work, cush clamps are great, have used hundreds, little spendy but good product.0 -
Electrician
I know the electrician did that and I didn't have another cover to replace it with.
Thanks
