rememberance day

Mitch_4 Member Posts: 955
on the 11th minute, 11th hour, 11th day of the 11th month, take a minute to remember the fallen, not just in war, but in peace too like the firefighters and innocent souls from 9/11.

Freedom isn't free, take a minute and give a prayer.

A retired petty officer 2nd class, north of the border.

We can do no less, and a whole lot more. Thank a vet. A peace protest would not be legal without him.

PS, LOVE the Pic! says it ALL!

    Remember the Veterans....

But PLEASE don't forget the active troops around the world.

"We believed, we served. Some of us gave far more than others. Keep these soldiers in your prayers always" Author unknown, but words that ring true and are spoken at all memorial/remembrance services.

Thank a Vet. Let them know they are important. You can do the things you do because they defended your right to . Chris

    Well Said

I think the wall should know what Chris is doing today, Veteran Day.

He is doing what he does Every Veterans Day, tking the say off and visiting the Veterans hospital with other Vets. Unselfishly giving his time for others.

I know I joke you about this Chris, but I am humbled by your actions.

Thanks to all who serve our country.

    We will remember them.

It's up to us all to remember all these brave people who have lost their lives for us to remain free.
Also all our lads who are still fighting. Please say a prayer for our brave lads of the Black Watch in Iraq.
    Kind regards.
