This has gone on long enough
So I guess we have all agreed that anyone that a contractor that installs a suspended job is doing sub-par work, and the customer that buys it is not getting thier monies worth.
So how do we stop these scam artists from ripping off customers?

High Temps
No one has said anything about temps above 150 damaging the wood fiber in building materials such as floor joist, sub floor etc. If I undertsand right there is a 30% reduction in strength for temps from 120 to 150 that come back when the system cools but temps in excess of 150 damage the wood fiber permanently.
