Just checked through the files Joe, it was about 40k by my numbers, including the bonus room of about 5.5k. I would expect either the boiler you just mentioned or a Bock would hit that along with your expected DHW load just fine, unless you've decided to add a spa shower or other major DHW load I don't have in my notes.
though, I have to say we usually avoid power venters like the plague. Stick with a direct vent system.
