    I think..........

Hot Rod has come up with the best and a quite simple solution to many side work issues. I personally encourarage legal and insured side work I find that my employee's learn more and faster when they have to think for themselves. It has been along time since I have had to be concerned about competetion from emplpoyees or anyone else.

    AMEN brother man!

I work for the best boss in the world, and I do side work out the ying yang, and he know's it. Quite often I offer him the job, and never does he accept. He even got me a radiant job....radiant was installed by a hack and does'nt work and he reccommended me! I offered him the job and told him I would design the system, in conjunction with the "RadWiz", he wanted no part of radiant. His loss my gain. I do not take work from my employer, and never will. Don't bite the hand that feeds you and your family.
Frank..... I should also mention that I do not charge discounted prices on side work, I charge just as much if not more then "real" companies. The first guy who put the radiant in this room charged 2800.00. My cost is 6500.00. Moonlighting or working for the boss I'm a proffessional and demand to be paid as such...........as the saying goes you get what you pay for
