Heating a basement

Have 1 pipe steam system and need to heat basement. Not sure which is better. I can tap into main for 3 radiators, use F & T traps and a condensate tank to feed water back to the boiler or run a hot water loop. The hot water loop would be easier. Does anyone know where I can find out more about a hot water loop on a steam system?
