gurgling pipes, water pressure and blleding

I have a water boiler system with all the pipes above the circulation pump. Two of the zones are making load gurgling noises. How can I blled the system from the main without decreasing the water level? If I decrease the water level, how can I add it without increasing pressure?
This all started when a local plumber replaced the pressure relief valve--they drained the system but have been unable to restore the pipes to the filled level.

air
you have to purge each zone and when you do use the feed valve to fill the boiler and mantain the pressure.0 -
John, does your system
have an air separator? And is the pump on the return or the supply (should be supply)?
With a good air separator and the pump on the supply, pumping away from the separator and expansion tank connection, you won't have this problem.
