at the risk of being simplistic... knowing my job; knowing what I don't know; knowing how to find out how to do what I don't know; knowing what I should not attempt; knowing what I am good at

and...

taking pride in my work and being willing to say 'I did that, I'm proud of it, and I'll take care of it, whatever'. Doesn't matter whether you're a gardener, garbageman, PE, steamfitter, or whatever.

Wish I could get to that table myself!

what does it mean to you?

The way you dress and appearance? Your command of the language? Knowledge and business skills? This is a topic I hope we can discuss at Wetstock. How do you want to be perceived by a perspective client?

    Warm Regards,

    Dan.....

Make that card a different color than all the rest . The QUALITY people here will let everyone know what it's about . (The point is to get all of US to listen ).
The only reason I say this is that I'm fresh from the "oil (company) field" . The oil business is SOOOO cutthroat ! Making the right impression can and will be the difference in keeping a customer . My teeth were cut in an area where people have lots to spend , but will cut off the next guys ba%%s for a dime in savings . Quality personell and service will keep an account far longer than pricing will . Do it once , do it right . Great topic Heatboy ! . Chris.
