Indirects HWHeaters: tank-in-tank vs. coil-in-tank

I am looking at high quality versions of both types. The heat exchanger in the coil-in-tank model I'm looking at is stainless steel and the coil runs throughout the stainless steel tank (it isn't just a sitting at the bottom of the tank). The tank-in-tank model features a stainless tank of domestic surrounded by a bath of boiler water. Both models have similar specs. What's your opinion?

tank
in tank man myself. Not much pressure drop to worry about, lots of heating surface, scale resistant..

I post too fast
I should have said I use Tank-in-Tank 90%+ of the time.
I do use Buderus LT series tanks when I am installing Buderus oil boilers.
As others have mentioned, the pressure drop across a tank-in-tank is less and there is a huge heat exchange surface.
Throw in stainless steel as an added bonus and it's a pretty easy decision for me!!
