I'm installing a peerless wbv e oil boiler, with
Rear flue. It has baffles in the boiler. It seems that they block 1/2 of the 6" flue. Should I take them out? Or leave them? Thanks .

Removing the baffles will lower the efficiency but raise the stack temperature. It should only be done if the chimney requires a higher stack temperature to achieve proper venting.

It’s probably too late, but why the peerless?
