L8148A Doesn't Break When Setpoint Is Reached

Brand new aquastat relay. Setpoint is 150F and water temperature continues to climb past 200F.

I've seen these stuck open, not closed.

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    Did you try checking the bulb? Better yet, why a mechanical aquastat?
