WaterFurnace Performance Check

Just looking for feedback on the performance of my WF system. My concern is that it might not be sized correctly, at least the loop.

We live in Frederick, MD and the outside temps have averaged about 20F over the past 2-3 weeks with nights getting into the low teens and single digits. So yes, it's been cold. I have a 4500 sqft home built 10 years ago and it has 6" exterior walls so insulation should be quite good. I'm a bit disappointed that I can't get the inside temperature to reach setpoint with these cold outside temps and wondering if this is normal.

The HVAC is a WF Series 5 Envision system with 3 ton dual stage on the first floor and 3 ton split dual on the second floor. The upper unit seems to be functional pretty much as I expect. However, the first floor can't seem to reach above about 67-68F unless we have strong sunlight providing additional radiant heating through the windows during daytime. And this with stage 2 running full time. Here are key temps:

Register outlet near WF unit: 82F
Loop inlet: 36.5F
Loop outlet: 32.0F
Ecobee Thermostat Setpoint: 72F
Actual Temp at Ecobee: 68F

Here is the system description taken from my contract when I built the house 10 years ago:

HVAC:
1-WaterFurnace NDV038G111CTL/R 3 ton Envision dual stage VSP geo unit
1-WaterFurnace EAL15 15kw heater package
1-WaterFurnace APF2634 isolation pad

2-WaterFurnace TPCM32U03 electronic thermostats
1-WaterFurnace FC2-GL flow center
2-WaterFurnace CK4L1 hose connection kits
1-WaterFurnace GL-4FPT flow center adapter
-all HDPE pipe and fittings needed to connect flow center to loop field
-insulation needed to insulate all interior source piping
3-300’ bores- Alexander Well Drilling
3-1” x 300’ U bend loops
2-1 ¼” x 1 x 1 fusion headers
2-1x1x1 fusion headers
1-1 ¼ x 300’ HDPE coil piping

Interested in any input from the experts and/or users in this group and really appreciate your response.

you don’t show the design conditions.
you just might be exceeding them.
maintaining 67 when below average is not doing bad.
