Lochinvar fog like noise

What I found out about this issue as I was having my boiler worked on the plumber noticed that I did not have a gasket installed on the Fan Air Shutter. So it was just metal to metal. Dealt with this for the past 8 years. Once he installed the gasket fired it up turned the heat on.No more foghorn sound. Hope this helps
